Simulation of Tracked Vehicles
New UM Tracked Vehicle module, intended for simulation of tracked vehicle dynamics, is released. Detailed informaton about the module is here. UM Tracked Vehicle module will be available in UM software since UM 6.0.

Free UM Lite
Laboratory of Computational Mechanics presents Universal Mechanism Lite, which is free for non-commercial use. It is a simplified version of Universal Mechanism software. The program is intended for using by students and teachers for educational purposes as well as design engineers for express analysis of designed mechanisms in their everyday work.

Shipping

Shipping with the help of express mail services is paid extra.


Support

One year technical support after purchasing the software product is for free (for professional and academical licenses). Annual support via phone and e-mail is 15% of the total cost of the license.

Technical support for private persons are not included in the license and should be purchased extra. Annual technical support for private persons costs $150.


Training

UM software lab organizes on-the-job training for $1000 (group up to 5 people) per week plus traveling and accommodation expenses of an instructor.


Update

Update of minor versions, for example 5.1 to 5.2, is for free. Update of major versions, for example 5.0 to 6.0, costs 25% of a nominal price of the new version in the correspondent configuration.


Multiple license discount policy

The total cost of multiple licenses can be calculated as k*(price of single user pack), where k is given in the table below.
